XTAQ provides world class support to our clients via a range of support options, including self-service multi-channel support and access to friendly, experienced and respected HelpDesk support staff.
XTAQ offers three tiers of support for clients:

Gold Support
Gold Support is our top level support plan, designed for clients who require all the features of our Silver support plan, but also require our additional technical expertise in supporting their Nuqleus Server and web-based application requirements.

Silver Support
Silver Support is our most common support plan, designed for clients with up to 500 end users and provides options in addition to, and in some cases an extension to, the support options provided by the Bronze support. These include an allowance for some pre-planned access to out of hours support, advice and assistance in developing enhanced and bespoke reporting, 24-hour access for the Nuqleus System Administrator (NSA) to administer the Nuqleus database at a SQL level rather than an application level and Nuqleus health checks.

Bronze Support
Bronze Support is our entry-point support plan which is designed for clients with a limited scale of up to 100 end users and provides telephone, email, web and application-based support options.
