Reporting and Using Nuqleus Information
My Nuqleus Reports is a powerful, easy to use, industry standard reporting application, that provides the ability to query and understand the performance of your people from a quantitative and qualitative perspective. From a Web-based interface standard Reports can be generated on an ad-hoc or regular scheduled basis.
My Nuqleus Reports provides a standard suite of pre-formatted and pre-styled reports that retrieve data from the Nuqleus Database and present them in tabular or graphical formats for analysis. All of the Nuqleus standard Reports can be viewed on screen, printed, emailed or exported to formats such as Excel, PDF, Word or HTML.

My Nuqleus Reports is fully incorporated with a User’s Windows NT profile for enhanced User security. Additionally, customisation of the My Nuqleus Reports options, menus and features is provided on a per-user basis.
For example, security based features may permit a Team Manager to view only their own Team information, and may also restrict access to selected standard Report Styles.
The My Nuqleus Dashboard Reporting interface takes the capability of the My Nuqleus Reports application one step further in order to host Dashboard style Reports that are viewable within a Web browser. Nuqleus standard reports are exported automatically in a semi-formatted tabular format to HTML files, and the Microsoft Excel charting engine is used to design the data into a Dashboard style Report format, hosting the information centrally for read only Web access.
The Dashboard style of Nuqleus Reporting is typically used to report weekly and monthly performance Reports, including Activity Output, Product / Project / Service relationships, and Productivity levels. Comparative analysis is encouraged to drive out best in class performance at staff member, Team and Organisational levels.
A reporting interface for Microsoft Excel that provides a direct query interface with the Nuqleus Database is available.
The My Nuqleus Drill Down Reporting capability allows for a person with limited Microsoft Excel knowledge to further develop and customise Nuqleus Reports to satisfy individual Report requests and bespoke Reporting requirements.
My Nuqleus Reports is built upon the industry leading Crystal Reports software. Metrics can be extracted from the Nuqleus Database and seamlessly integrated with your chosen centralised Reporting solution.
Nuqleus for Professionals data is often reported together with ongoing Project Management data to identify variations in planned and actual resources used.
