How Nuqleus for Professionals works
Nuqleus independently and accurately captures a Professional staff member’s entire working day in real-time through structured time based components (activities) that detail the work that is being undertaken.
As well as quantifying the actual time taken per activity, Nuqleus can instruct a staff member to ‘drill-down’ to qualify different characteristics about the work; for example which Client, or Project the work relates to.
This is achieved by building question based scripts that a staff member answers following completion of an activity. The activity metrics and the ‘drill-down’ questions are defined within Nuqleus’ Design Console application and are capable of unlimited levels of detail.
Nuqleus measures can be updated quickly and easily, deploying a revised set of measures to capture (and thus analysis) data on a same day basis.
This agility and quick responsiveness is Nuqleus’ core strength in providing management with an ability to make better decisions faster.
Some of the metrics deployed by Professional clients include:
