Held in Preston on 9th June, over 100 delegates heard about how Alliance & Leicester had achieved significant cost savings through the implementation of XTAQ’s measurement solution Nuqleus.
The topic “The Cost of Delivery - Understand your Operation in Detail, Drive Out Inefficiencies and Improve Overall Performance” enticed the audience into hearing how the Bootle based Alliance & Leicester operation had successfully adopted the approach of Nuqleus, and had achieved a seamless introduction to measurement with their back office operations.
