For the the third year running XTAQ sponsored the Annual Professional Planning Forum 'Outbound, Back Office and Customer Planning' Conference.
On Wed 30th September almost 100 contact centre professionals gathered for the first of the Planning Forum's Autumn Best Practice Seminars.
In the current financial climate, we need to do more with less. Recognising that sharing best practice with others facing similar challenges is a key lever for performance improvement, these three specialist events created unique nation forums for those tasked with improvement in the back office, outbound or customer analytics. The interactive workshop sessions focussed on the challenges faced by planners, analyst and operations or sales managers to help you apply practical new thinking that drives improvements in your own operation.
XTAQ exhibited in the Expo area and spoke about Back office planning - With industry leaders bringing front office customer service disciplines into back office or processing operations, this workshop focused on how XTAQ could make planning work in the back office.
