A show case of XTAQ’s work with Alliance & Leicester, part of the Santander Group, featured in this session, and delegates heard how A&L delivered a 10% FTE saving within 6 months of implementation. |

Outline of Event
Delegates at the 2009 annual Professional Planning Forum conference in London enjoyed the XTAQ sponsored ‘casino’ networking event on 27 April. Over 100 delegates networked and gambled the night away, some losing, some winning, but all enjoying the light hearted event.
XTAQ exhibited in the Expo area and took part in the Back Office work stream event, promoting measurement and planning within the back office environment. Spencer O’Leary, XTAQ’s Business Development Director, presented a client case study from Alliance & Leicester (part of the Santandar Group) and sat on the expert panel to answer questions from private and public sector organisations from across the UK.

The conference was a great success, and with over 400 delegates attending it provided a valuable opportunity to discuss, learn and network with planning professionals from a variety of UK industries.
