Best Practice Review
Purpose
A Best Practice Review is designed as a report for a Business Sponsor to understand how their operation currently utilises Nuqleus 3D and to determine how this compares with XTAQ’s understanding of a Best Practice deployment.
The Review format is used by XTAQ to establish the actual performance of Nuqleus 3D in operation compared with
a) Nuqleus 3D’s by design purpose and benefit return capability, and
b) XTAQ’s own experience and knowledge of the best practices demonstrated by our Client base.
Method
An XTAQ consultant will undertake a mixture of on-site and off-site analysis in order to understand the current deployment of Nuqleus 3D in these terms;
a) a gap analysis to quantify to what degree Nuqleus 3D is under utilised and/or underperforming, and
b) what aspects or approaches can be considered to establish best practice and provide the best opportunity for benefit identification and realisation.
Our view of the gap analysis is taken from a mixture of analysis techniques including subjective interviews with the local managers and administrators, analysis of the measurement design within Nuqleus 3D, analysis of the data captured and stored in the database, and a review of the reporting developed from the Nuqleus 3D data source.
Output
A detailed written report is provided for the business sponsor that includes the following components;
- An Executive Summary of the Review findings
- An overview of the business structure into which Nuqleus 3D is deployed and utilised.
- An analysis of the actual performance against each of Nuqleus 3D Best Practice factors.
- Recommendations for action going forward.
Deployment Assessment
Purpose
A Deployment Assessment is designed as a report for a Business Sponsor to understand the current implementation of Nuqleus 3D within a business operation.
The assessment provides an outline as to the options that exist for refining the existing implementation given the overall objectives.
The Assessment format is used by XTAQ to establish the Client’s design and capability of Nuqleus 3D to deliver against the overall objectives.
Method
An XTAQ consultant will undertake a mixture of on-site and off-site analysis in order to understand the current deployment of Nuqleus 3D in these terms;
a) a summary of findings to establish in what ways Nuqleus 3D may not delivering to expectation, and
b) which options exist to re-align the use of Nuqleus 3D to provide the best opportunity for delivering benefits, matching management expectations, and meeting overall objectives.

Technical Installation Verification
Purpose
An Installation Verification is designed as a service for new Clients as they embark on the installation work required to create and test the technical infrastructure prior to a live deployment of the Nuqleus 3D software.
Method
An XTAQ consultant will work with the Clients technical staff to plan, create, test and package the Nuqleus 3D software applications and components as follows;
SQL server set-up and configuration
Web server set-up and configuration
Desktop installation packaging
User acceptance testing

Each of the applications and components of the Nuqleus 3D Software is checked and certified by XTAQ prior to LIVE deployment.
Case Tracking Design & Configuration
Purpose
Case tracking, or Workflow control as it sometimes referred to, is an advanced capability within the Nuqleus 3D software and thus demands additional expertise to perform as designed.
Method
An XTAQ consultant will work with the Nuqleus 3D System Administrator, and Managers to design, build and deploy a measurement and reporting framework that matches the capability of and objectives for Case Tracking; Case Tracking design encompasses;
Case Load management
Service Level configuration and reporting
Output
The final output will be an enhanced capability to measure Case loads and report against SLA's for outstanding and completed cases that have been tracked using Nuqleus 3D.
Dashboard Reporting Solutions
Purpose
Our Dashboard Reporting solutions are designed as a service for existing Clients to design and build a Nuqleus 3D dashboard reporting capability.
Method
An XTAQ consultant will work with the Nuqleus 3D System Administrator, Business Analysts and Managers to consider the objectives and reporting requirements and undertake a design and build project that encompasses the following factors;
Determination of the reporting objectives

Purpose
My Nuqleus 3D Timesheet is an optional capability within the Nuqleus 3D software and has been design to assist in filling the resource planning gap between what hours have been contracted and work hours are actually worked.

An XTAQ consultant will work with the Nuqleus 3D System Administrator, and Managers to design, build and deploy a measurement and reporting framework that matches the capability of and objectives for using the My Nuqleus TimeSheet capability; Various outputs can be configured within TimeSheet to provide reporting based upon;
