My Nuqleus Reports is a powerful, easy to use, industry standard reporting application, that provides the ability to query and understand the cause and effect of calls from a quantitative and qualitative perspective.
From a Web-based interface standard Reports can be generated on an ad-hoc or regular scheduled basis.
My Nuqleus Reports provides a standard suite of pre-formatted and pre-styled reports that retrieve data from the Nuqleus Database and present them in tabular or graphical formats for analysis.
All of the Nuqleus standard Reports can be viewed on screen, printed, emailed or exported to formats such as Excel, PDF, Word or HTML.
My Nuqleus Reports is fully incorporated with a User’s Windows NT profile for enhanced User security. Additionally, customisation of the My Nuqleus Reports options, menus and features is provided on a per-user basis.
For example, security based features may permit a Team Manager to view only their own Team information, and may also restrict access to selected standard Report Styles.
My Nuqleus Reports is built upon the industry leading Crystal Reports software.
Metrics can be extracted from the Nuqleus Database and seamlessly integrated with centralised Reporting solutions such as Business Objects, AIMCall, Performix, or your chosen centralised Reporting solution.
